Terms & Conditions:Booking Confirmation:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
- The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the start of the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour.
Amendments to the Itinerary:
- Requests for changes to the itinerary must be made at least 5 days prior to the trip, subject to availability and additional charges.
- The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or local events.
Liability:
- The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Travel insurance is recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
Health and Safety:
- Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions prior to the trip.
- COVID-19 safety guidelines (if applicable) must be followed, including wearing masks in public places and maintaining social distancing.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Hotel check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guides and Transportation:
- All local guides are professionally trained. However, guests are responsible for following safety and conduct guidelines during tours.
- Transportation is provided within Murshidabad, but guests are responsible for their travel to and from the city.
Force Majeure:
